Warlock

War of attrition — DoTs, demons’ fire, and self-healing

Warlock wins long games: Corruption, Curse of Agony and Immolate stack damage over time on everything, Rain of Fire and Hellfire punish density, and Death Coil heals you for half its damage. Howl of Terror sends every enemy within 12 yards fleeing — the only true mass-panic button in the game.

How to play Warlock

Opening: Shadow Bolt hits hard but slower; grab a DoT early so damage accumulates while you position.

Level-ups: Rain of Fire converts dense waves into free kills; Hellfire trades your safety margin for raw area damage.

Bosses: Stack all three DoTs on the boss and let Death Coil sustain you through the fight.

Emergency: Howl of Terror flees everything within 12 yards for 4 seconds — a full reset button on a 20-second cooldown.
